Time to hang up my apron!

After nearly thirty years, the time has come to retire from the catering business and hang up my apron.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my friends and contacts for the support and business that you have sent my way over the years I have known you - some for just a few, but others a long time.

Over the years, I have had the pleasure of meeting some amazing people including my staff, suppliers and an eclectic mix of customers that have all been part of the business I am so proud to have owned.

I have made so many friends in kitchens, where I am in my element - cooking and conjuring up delicacies for dinners, parties, weddings and lots of other memorable occasions.

There have been stressful moments along the way, but also a lot of fun and laughter and some very special moments, meeting famous people that have been "all in a day's work".

I will miss this, but will continue to treasure all the memories.

I am in the early stages of putting pen to paper, to create a recipe book with a difference - some helpful hints, secret recipes which can now be divulged and funny moments from the past 30 years. This will be published via Ancient Magic Books later this year - keep an eye out for it!
